-perform machine acceptance tests.
-definition of process parameters.
-manage the homologation trials of new moulds (moulding test).
-supervision of the process parameters and machines efficiency.
-definition of trouble shooting practices.
-training to technical personnel.
-corrective actions implementation and reporting (8d discipline).
-preparation of moulding and process modification, implementation and validation.
-promote and lead continuous improvement in technical related fields.
-training to technicians and production staff.
job requirements:
-college degree or above majored in plastic or related engineering.
-above 5 years' experience in injection and with tool trail run is prior.
-good problem solving and communicating skills.
-knowledge in injection process, tooling and equipment.
-organized work style.
-workable english.
-office and outlook software.
